Caryn Hall

Director, Teacher

Caryn Hall holds a BFA from The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, has danced professionally with companies in Europe and the US, created a new musical with Wesley Balk at the Musical Theater Institute in MN, choreographed with David Story and the Dance Machine in NYC, & studied playwriting with David Hare and the Young Playwrights Program of Florida Studio Theater.

Elizabeth Meizen is born to work with children. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Development from Stevenson University in Maryland. Currently she is teaching Pre-Kindergarten at Coast Kids Preschool in Carlsbad. She has a true passion for creating art and believes that children should never be limited in their self-expression.

Teacher

Amy McDowell is a teacher, a singer, and an actress. She’s performed from northern CA to southern CA as well as musically directed casts of 50 children ages 6 to 18! Amy has a B of A in voice from the Conservatory of Music at the University of the Pacific. Julia Jordan

Teacher

Julia Jordan started her musical career at the age of nine, when she auditioned and was accepted into an Off-Broadway theater in New York City, TADA! Professional Children’s Theater. A few years later she started school at the High School for Music and Art and the Performing Arts (the FAME school), where she studied classical vocal techniques, music theory, guitar, and songwriting.

Sarah Pacetti graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida with degrees in Elementary Education and Special Education. She has been teaching for nine years in grades 2,3, or 4. Teaching is her passion and she absolutely loves working with children of all ages. She has been married for 10 years and has a 3 year old son.

lunch at Cottonwood Creek Park and then dance.

All classes will perform except Wed, 5:30 pm class.

Normal Wed evening classes will not meet that day, private piano will meet.

Summer Camp 2013

Learn to sing, dance and act at PRODIGY!

Campers will act and sing in the morning, lunch at Cottonwood Creek Park and then dance.

Cost is $200.00 per camper.

Each week will be a new musical number so sign up for multiple weeks!

  • July 8th – 12th 9 – 2 pm, ages 4- 6 yrs. old
  • July 15th – 19th 9 – 2 pm, ages 4 – 6 yrs. old
  • July 22nd - 26th 9 – 2 pm, ages 7 and older

Parents review our Summer Program

I have to tell you, she is LOVING camp. She talked about singing and dancing and wearing dark makeup (had to have the darkest nailpolish this morning) and showed me the routines multiple times yesterday. Then told me the whole scene with everyone's lines. She talked and talked from the time I picked her up at 3:30 p.m. until she went to bed at 8:30 p.m. I cannot wait to see everything at 3 p.m.!

What a nice opportunity for kids to “act” out! Caryn has the magic touch when it comes to getting my daughter to sing, dance, and act! For days after having a class there, my daughter is singing the songs! It is so wonderful to see a structured arts class that embraces my child’s imagination and talents! We will go to a week-long summer camp and have our kid’s birthday party there! We love it!
